Hey - its good to read you again - I wondered where you'd got to...
Sorry to read the last couple of paragraphs.
My advice would be not to say anything - if shes as lovely as you say she has been over the last 2 years - she would probably be horrified if she thought she'd upset you. She might have been having an off night more…

Ah the memories that'll make I remember being 18 and my mum discovering me and a girlfriend in bed in her house, finding another ones pill lying in the bathroom and a carelessly discarded condom with another and you know what she has never in the 20 odd years since mentioned it. that was the most unnerving bit more…

Why not just set yourself a time limit e.g. a week to go without and see how it effects you? Plus if you don't see it through you won't be as hard on yourself more…

Gosh thats awful news.
I know very much how life can hugely change for no apparent reason - its a very fine balance. In the last few months Ive become very philosophical about making each day count - and concentrating on positives.
Life really is far more important than the average daily worries - chill out and smell the more…

When my husband is in a mood the only way that I have found to bring him round is to go into a mood myself. Seriously. I even fake a mood if I need to.
Being indulgent has never worked. He just regresses.

Hi, sorry but totally disagree with you. The scapegoat is the junior official who has to work/respond to the circumstances created by those above them. As shown on the news this evening the only reason why all the information was sent was because the powers that be decided it was too expensive to amend their information to enable edited informati more…

I can't understand this fascination to nail down a scapegoat. If a junior official in a large organisation doesn't do what (s)he has been told to do, how can you blame the Government or the Prime Minister for his/her acion? If you demand that a head should roll, it should be the culprit, not their superiors. more…
